Thank you for your interest in wanting to join the worship team! Below is a questionnaire for us to get to know you a little better. Please include as much detail as possible in responses. We are excited for your interest!

Do keep in mind - applying and auditioning does not necessarily mean that you will be joining the worship team. Upon completion of your application, you will be asked to set up a meeting so we can get to know you a little better!

Personal Wholeness

We are very excited about the idea of having you join our worship team! But there is something even more important to us than how you may be a blessing to our church. And that something is YOU! We want to know how you are doing personally.

We hope that you can trust us in answering these next questions because they may feel a little more risky to answer. But one of the most important elements of creating a healthy kingdom culture of breakthrough is the ability to be vulnerable with the people you want to build relationship with. As Kris Vallotton says, "Intimacy can mean 'into-me-you-see.'" Please answer the following questions honestly so we can best assess how we may need to meet you where you are at.

Our approach to any answer is grace, not judgment! We are commited to helping you walk out and steward your breakthrough and freedom in the Lord through check-ins and discipleship.

- All applications submitted by female applicants will first be reviewed by Jessica Cupp for confidentiality purposes. Pertinent information will then be relayed to Lorne Cheney and/or Jesse Cupp accordingly. Any sensitive information will be reviewed with the applicant by Jessica Cupp before further review is conducted.

- All applications submitted by male applicants will be reviewed by Lorne Cheney and/or Jesse Cupp.
